Finance Council members serve as your representatives as we review financials throughout the year to ensure they are well-managed and properly documented. What we do:
The mission for us is to strive to follow the Church's Liturgical guidance as closely as possible and to glorify God through St. Luke's many ministries. We also consolidate the several Mass Ministry Schedules onto a master list of Eucharistic Ministers, Ushers, Lectors, Sacristans, Vocation Families, and Rosary Leaders.

What we do:
The Parish Pastoral Council shall function as an advisory board to the Pastor (or Parish Administrator). In keeping with canon law, civil law, and the directives of the bishop, the Council assists the Pastor with development and implementation of a plan for the pastoral life of the Parish. Pastoral life, as the Second Vatican Council tells us, is the church's ability to address timely topics which are considered with concern for the welfare of the people. Our duty then is connected with that of Christ's himself, as explained to us by these three munera (duties):
- Munus docendi – The duty to teach, based on Christ’s role as Prophet
- Munus sanctificandi – The duty to sanctify, based on Chris’s role as Priest
- Munus regendi – The duty to shepherd, based on Christ’s role as King
