The parish is the center of faith formation for Catholics. Every person in our pews, every Catholic in our parish community…child or adult…is on their own journey toward Christ and a life of discipleship. Winter Schedule:  January 2026

All classes include: preschool/kindergarten during 10:00 am Mass, Elementary 8:30-9:30 am & Confirmation 5:30 - 6:15 pm, followed by Youth Group. 

January 11, 18, and 25, 2026 CCD & Youth Group Schedule :


  • Elementary classes, preschool/ kindergarten, Confirmation, and Youth Group will meet on their regular schedules.
  • In the case of inclement weather, please check the MyParish App, or your phone for a text about cancellation. 
Formation

August 29, 2025, Welcome Back!

Dear Parents, 
Our first CCD class will be on September 7 from 8:30-9:30 am in the church basement. You will have an opportunity to complete registration forms, pay a $10.00 fee, sign up for the my Parish App, review the calendar, meet your child’s teacher, and have coffee and donuts while your child completes a craft. So plan to stay for part of that morning. If your child is in: 

  • First grade: this class begins the process of coming to class and learning about God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. It begins the foundation of their faith development. 
  • Second grade/First Communion: This class prepares your child to receive the sacraments of Reconciliation and the Eucharist. Weekly attendance is very important so that your child understands the importance of these sacraments. 
  • Third, Fourth, and Fifth grades: These classes continue to build on the faith and provide your child a foundation for Confirmation when they reach middle school. Copies of the curriculum will be available to review, and each child will have a folder to take home with the week’s lesson as well as parent information. 

Youth Group

Confirmation class is on Sunday from 5:30 - 6:15 pm, followed by Youth Group. Our Youth Minister is Daniela Torres-Gomez. Contact Daniela at dtorresgomez@cdlex.org
