In Memory of Dorothy Ann (Zevnik) Swintosky

Dorothy Ann (Zevnik) Swintosky, 94, of Nicholasville, passed away peacefully on October 28, 2025. Born on October 16, 1931, in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Patricia Zevnik. She is preceded in death by her first husband of 59 years, Dr. Joseph V. Swintosky, and her son Michael (Lynda Tuttle Swintosky). Dorothy is survived by her second husband, Robert “Bob” Zuck. She is also survived by nine of her children: Joseph Swintosky, Denise (Dr. R.C. “Cam”) Graves; and Dr. Steven (Amy) Swintosky); John (Marianne) Swintosky; Paul Swintosky, Robert (Dr. Virginia Smith-Swintosky) Swintosky; Damian (Nichole) Swintosky; David (Kimberly) Swintosky, and Daniel (Ann) Swintosky. She is also cherished by her 22 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. The visitation was held on Wednesday, November 5, at Milward’s on Trent Blvd., and the memorial Mass was held at St. Luke on Thursday, November 6 with Fr. John Moriarty officiating.
